A great converting winder with easy operations. Our converter winders are the heaviest built which means less vibration excitation and better roll quality. Better productivity and more profitable paper that is why the larger converters run our equipment. The winder is an integral part of almost every converting machine. The specially developed winder application is suitable for all common control modes with speed adaptation, tension control with torque limitation.

The winder standard application eliminates several labor intensive engineering steps. Perfect roll quality requires a perfect roll hardness. The winder application provides different winding hardness characteristics: linear, hyperbolic and a freely configurable characteristic via set point tables. To achieve maximum tension precision, the speed or torque of the winder drive must be continuously adapted to the roll diameter.
