RDM Series
Our RDM line is extremely heavy duty built winder. Built to last and out perform other winders in its class. From fine paper to board this workhorse represents proven technology that works. Many options are available in this machine including Modular construction framing.
RDE Series
Our RDE rewinder is capable of running Tissue, non-woven, paper and board with rewind capability to 92″ O.D. (overall Diameter). The RDE slitter rewinder is constructed out of fabricated steel framing with no flex’s or cracking as with castings. All A&F designed slitter rewinders are exceptionally programmed to be operator and maintenance friendly. Designed to be operator and maintenance friendly. Many options are available to provide the most advanced winders for the clients purpose.
RDC Series
A great converting winder with easy operations. Our converter winders are the heaviest built which means less vibration excitation and better roll quality. Better productivity and more profitable paper that is why the larger converters run our equipment. The winder is an integral part of almost every converting machine. The specially developed winder application is suitable for all common control modes with speed adaptation, tension control with torque limitation.
RDC2 / RDC2T Series
Our RDC2 and RDC2T(tissue) are economically priced machines. Our construction methods are changed to decrease cost while maintaining heavy-duty quality. The Standardized hmi (human machine interface) Technology and the latest and greatest drives are included. We offered colored touch screen, carbon fiber rolls as well as updated OSHA controls. Also, we provide sectional drives and AC digital sectional drives.Each part is individually driven with it’s own drive system.
